My early school years were at Vaughan First School in North Harrow, where I grew up alongside two lifelong friends.
When we moved house, I attended Priestmead First and Middle School in Kenton.
From there, I cycled to Hatch End High school each day, but by the end of year 9 I was doing all my study from home. I learned a lot in those years, not all strictly as per the National Curriculum, but extremely varied! The range of subjects encompassed chemistry, algebra, taxidermy, history, treehouse-building, English, mechanics, animal husbandry and pyrotechnics, to name a few.
For the GCSE years, courses were found to enable a group of us to gain qualifications with coaching from college tutors. I took every GCSE course that became available and achieved results as follows:
- Maths – A
- Physics – A
- English – B
- Geography – B
- History – C
- Design Technology – A
- French – A
- BTEC in Business in four modules – Pass with Merit
Extra Curricular Qualifications
During my employment at K Line, I qualified as a WRAS Approved Plumber.
I have long been a qualified First Aider, currently holding a full 3-day certificate with basic defibrillator training.
